Español [ ES ]Knob Creek es un bourbon elaborado en Kentucky de forma tradicional y en pequeños lotes, añejado durante 9 años en barricas de roble americano tostadas. De color ámbar profundo y oscuro, tiene deliciosos aromas de roble y frutos secos tostados. En boca es dulce, amaderado y afrutado. Os proponemos un cóctel americano clásico, el Mint Julep, sencillo y rápido de elaborar. Sus ingredientes son: 60ml Knob Creek Bourbon, 6 o 7 hojas de menta, 1 terrón de azúcar moreno y hielo picado. En un vaso metálico, introduce las hojas de menta, el azúcar y Knob Creek. Usando el extremo plano de una cucharilla de bar como mortero, majar la mezcla hasta que el azúcar quede disuelvo y las hojas queden bien integradas en el bourbon y liberen todo su color, sabor y olor. Completa el vaso con hielo picado y remueve suavemente la mezcla con la cucharilla hasta que todo el hielo quede impregnado con la mezcla y el vaso condense. Adorna con las ramitas de menta e incorpora una pajita.
