Vinos.

La uva shyrah produce vinos de buena calidad, amables y sabrosos, con un alto grado alcohólico. Los tintos shyrah tienen mucho color y cuerpo, por tener gran cantidad de extracto seco. Origen.

Características.

La uva requiere una estación de crecimiento larga y cálida, para madurar por completo, pero un clima muy cálido puede hacer que la uva desarrolle altos niveles de azúcares que den lugar a un alto grado alcohólico antes de que estas notas aromáticas se desarrollen. Su cultivo es difícil, debe podarse a poda larga moderada, dando bajos rendimientos de forma natural.
