Español [ ES ]Tragaldabas es un vino muy interesante, que combina acertadamente rusticidad y finura; en pocas palabras, es una mezcla de terruño y fragancia de rosas; ha sido todo una sorpresa y un placer conocerlo. Es el proyecto de cuatro amigos apasionados por el mundo del vino, que descubrieron en el Parque Natural de las Batuecas, en la Sierra de Francia, un lugar mágico, con diversidad de altitudes, suelos y orientaciones, y un extraordinario patrimonio de viña vieja; allí decidieron iniciar su vino, un vino que perfilaban como ligero, sabroso y aromático. Lo consiguieron. Al verterlo en copa verán un color rubí, con tonalidades rosáceas, de capa media o incluso media-baja. En nariz es refinado, femenino y con unas notas muy especiadas, chispeantes; curioso y atrayente. Ábranlo media hora antes, y les ofrecerá aromas muy frutales, fresas, frambuesas, bayas frescas y cerezas maduras, sobre un fondo de especias picantes, como apuntábamos, y balsámicos con un toque medicinal, efervescente; con tiempo en copa se relaja y da paso a notas de sotobosque, de tierra húmeda, siempre arropadas por una intensa fragancia floral, dulce, de rosas y violetas. En boca esa sensación vibrante, efervescente, reaparece, una acidez picante que le confiere un aire rústico pero que no está reñido con la elegancia del conjunto: frutal, floral, con un fondo silvestre de bayas de enebro y terroso. Es estructurado, de cuerpo medio, con unos taninos marcados pero maduros y un sutil amargor casi imperceptible que ratifica ese equilibrio entre rusticidad y finura. Muy bien definido en todos los aspectos, color, nariz y boca, un vino con mucha personalidad, directo, ligero y fluido, muy fácil de beber, completo y largo.
