Entre los tintos que nos ofrece esta bodega, si atendemos a su potencia y longevidad, Inferi ocupa sin duda una posición muy privilegiada. Las uvas con las que se elabora Inferi proceden de terrenos arcillosos y expuestos al sur, donde la variedad montepulciano madura a la perfección y en plenitud. La larga maceración a temperatura controlada le ofrece al vino un extra de opulencia y majestuosidad y lo convierte en un perfecto ejemplo de las capacidades de la montepulciano. Un vino de impenetrable color rubí, de nariz rica y compleja, de intensa aromática: mermelada de frutos rojos, cerezas en licor, canela, vainilla, tabaco, regaliz... En boca no defrauda en absoluto y de nuevo se revela como un vino majestuoso. Sus vigorosos taninos dan estructura a un cuerpo robusto, pero también seco y limpio, y se equilibran con una óptima frescura y un sorprendente sabor. La región que ocupa la D.O.C. Montepulciano d'Abruzzo cubre una vasta extensión de tierra en la región de Abruzzo, desde las estribaciones de los Apeninos hasta la costa del Adriático. Esta zona es una de las más montañosas de Italia, con más del 65% de todos los Abruzos considerados terreno montañoso, alcanzando hasta 2.750 metros (9.000 pies) sobre el nivel del mar. La Denominazione.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo es un vino tinto elaborado con la uva Montepulciano en la región de Abruzzo, en el centro-este de Italia. No debe confundirse con el Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, un vino toscano elaborado con Sangiovese y otras uvas. Montepulciano d'Abruzzo se clasificó por primera vez como Denominazione di origine controllata (DOC) en 1968. La subzona Colline Teramane, establecida en 1995 como DOC en la provincia de Teramo, fue promovida para separar el estado de Denominazione di origine controllata e Garantita (DOCG) en 2003 y ahora se conoce como Colline Teramane Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. A finales del siglo XX y principios del siglo XXI, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo se ganó una reputación como uno de los vinos DOC más exportados en Italia. Generalmente es seco con taninos suaves y a menudo se consume joven. Además de Montepulciano, se permite elaborar vinos que contengan hasta el 15% de Sangiovese. El vino.

Nacido en el Valle Peligna, se caracteriza por su uva negra. Es el vino del príncipe de la Región, siempre embajador en el mundo de Abruzzo, cuyo DOC se estableció en 1968. Desde el punto de vista organoléptico, ofrece una gran dotación polifenólica y un buen contenido de antocianinas. En cuanto al análisis sensorial, se caracteriza por un aroma intenso y complejo, con predominio de notas florales y afrutadas. Presenta un sabor bastante estructurado, armonioso y persistente. La acidez es equilibrada para un vino envejecido, sin ser agresivo. El vino se presta para un envejecimiento medio y largo, que le proporciona estructura y color.
