A los pies de un paraje tan mágico e histórico como Castel del Monte, una fortificación de Puglia construida por Federico II de Suabia y nombrada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco, la bombino nero es una variedad de maduración tardía y presenta unas perfectas condiciones para la vinificación de rosados, a los que otorga una nariz y un paladar concentrado y delicado a la vez. Los viñedos se localizan a una altitud cercana a los 600 metros y cuentan con una óptima exposición.
