Después de un primer año tradicionalmente criado en barricas nuevas de roble de origen francés, este ron continúa envejeciendo en barriles viejos de bourbon, antes de ser embotellado en el "fábrica" en Martinica. Este antiguo ron de granja es el resultado de una mezcla de rones con un mínimo de 10 años de crianza en barricas de roble de 200 litros. En nariz, podemos observar una excepcional intensidad aromática con notas de especias y frutas secas. El aficionado apreciará su longitud en la boca con notas de almendra que acompañan a una madera inimitable. Como todos los viejos rones se aprecia mejor solo, servido a temperatura ambiente y en copa balón. Envejecido durante 10 años en barricas de roble francés y ex-bourbon. |
