Se encuentra situada en el corazón de Speyside, D.O. Escocia. Caorunn, se empezó a fabricar en el año 2009. Es una Ginebra escocesa destilada en pequeñas hornadas obtenida por destilación tradicional por lotes, en un solo alambique de cobre. El alma de esta ginebra es el rowan berry (bayas de fresno). Caorunn, "ka-rún pronunciada, es su traducción gaélica y de ahí recibe su nombre.
