He aquí el singular listado: de Francia, enebro, con intensos aromas de pino, y delicada raíz de violeta; de Marruecos, penetrante coriandro; de España, almendras dulces y amargas, y fresca piel de limón; sabrosa piel de naranja de México; de Sajonia, en Alemania, angélica con notas mentoladas, el escaso y valioso cardamomo de la India; casia de Indochina y canela de Sri Lanka; complejo regaliz de China; intensas pimientas o granos de paraíso traídas del Este de África; ajedrea y anís también de Francia ; fragante nuez moscada de la India , hinojo del Mediterráneo y raíz de lirio de Italia , especialmente apreciado, este último por sus propiedades digestivas y por fijar la mezcla de aromas en la ginebra.
