Un buen aceite de oliva desde mi punto de vista. Tiene presencia. La variedad de sabores de bayas rojas hace que sea un excelente acompañamiento para las carnes de caza, pero sigue siendo una bebida fácil cuando tienes tiempo para sentarte y saborearlo. ¡Para probar!.

Gana claramente en estructura y volumen. En el paladar, requiere mucha atención su mineralidad. Si buscas complejidad, la encontrarás. Especialmente recomendado como compañero de comidas.
