Español [ ES ]Pago de Cirsus esta situada en la parte más alta de la Finca Bolandin en la Ribera Baja de Navarra, en una única edificación junto a la Torre se encuentra la Bodega. Las más avanzadas tecnologías de elaboración y todo el saber de nuestro equipo se unen para seleccionar, procesar, elaborar y criar cada grano de uva que proviene exclusivamente del viñedo propio que rodea la bodega. Ubicada en el Municipio de Ablitas, en el extremo sur de la Comunidad foral de Navarra, España; a una altitud de 395 metros sobre el nivel del mar, La Finca Bolandin posee 200 hectáreas totales donde se encuentra el Viñedo, la Bodega, el Hotel y el Restaurante. La privilegiada ubicación de la finca, entre el Río Ebro, El Moncayo y El Cierzo, en un clima “Continental Extremo” (de inviernos muy fríos y veranos largos y secos), nos concede unas características particulares y excepcionales en el régimen térmico y pluviométrico.
Cuenta con una represa de 300 millones de litros para almacenar agua y utilizarla durante los meses de verano. Gracias a la implantación de un sistema de riego por goteo en las 130 hectáreas de viñas se logra controlar el estrés hídrico de las plantas y mantenerlas en óptimas condiciones vegetativas y productivas. Además, se han implantado medidores de humedad del suelo en cada una de las parcelas, para evaluar y planificar el riego adecuado en cada zona del viñedo en cada época del año. Basados en la cultura familiar del trabajo en equipo, con el objetivo de hacer vinos especiales, bien cuidados en todos los sentidos, de alta calidad y de los cuales sentirse orgullosos.
Han logrado estar presentes en la mente de los consumidores al desarrollar vinos hechos con pasión, honestidad y dedicación. En el año 2014, Alejandro Gómez Sigala, junto a su esposa Letizia Mangione y su hijo Alejandro Alberto, vieron materializados sus sueños de plantar raíces en España a través del mundo del vino el cual inician con gran ilusión en Bodega Pago de Cirsus.
