La casa familiar de los Planeta y la bodega principal se encuentra en Dispensa, en el noroeste de la isla. Allí se elabora su marca La Segretta y los vinos top a base de Merlot, Syrah y Burdese. Planeta también elabora Moscato di Noto en esta localidad de Siracusa y Cerasolo di Vittoria en la provincia de Ragusa. En Ulmo, al lado del lago Arancio, la bodega elabora su célebre Chardonnay envejecido en barrica y considerado uno de los mejores del mundo.
