Español [ ES ]Volcán de mi Tierra Reposado representa la precisión y la armonía entre el terruño y la madera. Un blend entre barricas de roble americano y francés para ejemplificar la complejidad así como la finura del agave de la hacienda. Una expresión 100% del terroir de los Altos de Jalisco entrelazada con la dualidad del roble y la experimentación a lo largo del tiempo.
Destilación del mejor agave de la especie Weber Azul en lotes pequeños. El agave pasa 9 horas en la autoclave y un día después en el molino. Fermentación en tanque cerrado con levaduras de ron durante 3 días. De ahí pasa a barricas de roble americano y europeo donde pasa 4 meses y medio en cada una. Se establece un blend de tequilaS. Luego se estabiliza durante 10 días, pasa por dilución y filtrado y se estabilza entre 15 y 30 días antes de ser embotellado y etiquetado a mano y numerada cada botella.
Vista: Color dorado.
Nariz: Dulces notas de agave acompañadas por notas de frutas como la grosella negra, manzana roja, piña y melocotón, combinadas con nueces y frutos secos. Regusto floral y con notas de miel. Muy equilibrado y delicado.
Boca: Suave con un sabor envolvente en la parte posterior del paladar. Notas tostadas y de tabaco se encuentran durante toda la cata. Las notas frutales reaparecen resaltando la piña con sutiles notas cítricas y un sabor suave y muy agradable a miel.
