Aquí nacen y crecen las uvas de mencía que sirven de base para la elaboración de este original vermut y en estas laderas y bosques se recogen todos los botánicos utilizados en la maceración. La larga tradición de Galicia en la elaboración de aguardientes se une aquí con la inquietud y creatividad del equipo de Galician Original Drinks, las virtudes de la variedad mencía y la flora del paisaje gallego. El resultado, un vermut de gran calidad, elaborado a partir de una mezcla de vino e infusión de plantas con destilado vínico y una crianza de 4 meses en barricas usadas de roble francés. Un vermut goloso, fresco y elegante con aromas de fruta muy puros en nariz, aromas de cereza, nectarina y manzana, a los que acompañan sensaciones especiadas que lo hacen envolvente, vibrante y seductor. Atlántico en estado puro y una excelente presentación, creación de la diseñadora Marta Lojo, que demuestra el buen gusto de este equipo, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Se infusionan las plantas aromáticas en un destilado único, durante 1 mes. Tras su coupage con el vino, permanece durante 4 meses en barricas de roble francés usadas. El proceso finaliza con un reposo en botella durante 20 días. |
