Aquí un visitante encontrará excelentes vinos, castillos encantadores y pueblos antiguos salpicando su geografía. Monta d'Alba, Vezza d'Alba, Guarene, Monteu Roero, Canale d'Alba, Pocapaglia, Govone. Durante la estancia, le sugeriremos disfrutar de una degustación privada en algunos de los mejores productores de vino, como el conocido Roero Arneis. Cube se encargará de organizar almuerzos y cenas en restaurantes de renombre con estrellas Michelin y en las mejores trattorias del territorio, apreciando en otoño las recetas basadas en la trufa blanca única. Los Rocche de Roero son barrancos y son una de las características peculiares del paisaje: en la cima hay un castillo y un pequeño pueblo. Los vinos.
Los vinos Roero y Roero Riserva deben pasar por un período de envejecimiento de 20 y 32 meses respectivamente, de los cuales 6 meses han de ser en barrica. El Roero se podrá comercializar a partir del 1 de julio del segundo año siguiente a la vendimia, y el Roero Riserva a partir del 1 de julio del tercer año. Los vinos Roero y Roero Riserva tienen una fase visual de color rojo rubí o granate, nariz afrutada, característica y con toques de madera, y una boca seca, armoniosa, con cuerpo y a veces algo tánico. Los Roero Arneis son de color amarillo pajizo, con nariz delicada, fresca y algún toque de madera y la boca es elegante, armoniosa y posiblemente tánico.
